Responsibilities

Responsible for all sales activity from lead gen. to close

Prospect for new leads, prepare weekly reports detailing activities, goals and follow-ups

Set and exceed monthly sales goals

Maintain accurate records of all sales calls and prospecting activities, presentations, demos, closed sales, or follow-up activities

Prepare monthly sales analysis and reports, including number of tickets sold

Respond to RFP's, prepare other proposals, presentations, reports and important sales materials

Coordinate all incoming leads and distribute between the sales team through Salesforce
-
Proactively monitor changes in the industry and contribute input to the executive team regarding adjustments needed in strategy in order to stay on the leading edge of industry trends

Research and attend trade shows and other opportunities

Assist in the implementation of sales strategy along with the marketing department

Track sales team's results against individual objectives and maintain sales compensation schemes

Deliver timely, accurate and actionable business information

Provide sales and administrative support involving efficient handling and processing of important and confidential agreements

Cold call and network like there's no tomorrow in a very competitive market
Requirements

Must have previous ticketing industry experience

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Entrepreneurial self-starter, able to work in a fast paced environment

Some travel required to visit potential clients, attend trade shows, conferences and other opportunities

Passionate, hard worker and well-organized professional with ability to prioritize and multitask
