Ticket Alternative currently has several open positions for Customer Experience Representatives in our call center located in Midtown. This position is the front-line of everything we do here at Ticket Alternative and Freshtix. Your ability to listen, be empathetic and problem solve is essential in your daily work. Our call center is a fast-paced environment. You will need to be able to switch gears quickly while maintaining infectious enthusiasm in order to deliver happiness with each and every call.
Not only do you bring your A game in our call center, but you are often working on site at events giving that great customer service to event goers. Whether you are on the phone or scanning tickets, you are the face of Ticket Alternative and on the front lines of the customer service we are known for. We are open 7 days a week, Monday through Saturday 9a-9p and Sunday 12p-8p. Our ideal candidate will have a variety of availability including but not limited to nights and weekends. Our shifts for part-time staff are typically 9a-3p OR 3p-9p Monday through Saturday, then Sunday, 12p-8p.
Our training program is conducted weekdays between the hours of 9a-6p. Each session lasts 4 hours and occurs over the course of 2 weeks.
